What are your prices? Do you have discounts for multiple pages?
We charge $110 for a single page design. For multipage projects where the additional pages have the same layout as subpage we charge $55 per additional page up to ten pages. If you have more than ten pages, please contact us for a custom quote.
Target Audience
We are XHTML / CSS slicing specialists. We cater to coding needs of busy designers, developers and web firms that would like to outsource psd to XHTML coding part of web development. We also offer design to XHTML conversions covered by non-disclosure agreement.
What is your turnaround time? Do you provide rush service?
Most designs are coded in two to three business days. Multiple page projects however will take longer depending on the number of pages and complexity of the design. Please contact us for a quote for rush service.
What if you don't meet the deadline ?
If we don't meet the deadline, slicing will be free. We do not beleive in overloading. We deliver quality work as promised always.
What image formats do you accept? How do we include special instructions?
We accept all image formats although we prefer those that support layers such as psd, png or ai. Coding is a lot more accurate and efficient with layered design formats. Special instructions can be included in email as plain text or as a separate layer in the design. Designs along with instructions and fonts used can be placed in an archive and sent to us by email. Hover effects and popup boxes need to be included as separate layers.
Why is it important to separate content and styling?
Nowadays the internet is accessible on various devices. Not all of them use style sheets. In such cases styling elements if present with content can be distracting to the visitor. User's experience of a site utilizing style sheets will generally be quicker. It also enables the visitor to access the content even if they cannot render the style sheet or are not designed with graphical capability in mind. For example, a browser using a refreshable braille display for output could disregard layout information entirely, and the user would still have access to all page content.
What are accepted methods of payment?
Payments can be sent to us by PayPal. We do not support other modes of payment at this time.
When do I make the payment? When do I get the coded files?
Once the slicing is complete, a link to the coded page(s) will be sent to you by email for your approval. Payments are due in full before the files can be delivered. Once the payment is received, the files are sent as an archive by email.
Will you post the files for public view?
We take privacy very seriously. Your designs and related information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed under any circumstances. A section of your design will be posted in our portfolio only after obtaining your explicit approval. Designs coded under NDA [Non-Disclosure Agreement] will not be posted in the portfolio. No Exceptions !
Do you retain copies of the coded pages?
Yes. We retain the coded pages for a period of one month as backup in case of accidental deletion. Your files will be deleted after a period of one month.
Do you include print styles ?
Yes. We include print styles when requested.
Will your name appear in the code or style sheets? Who will have the rights to the code?
No. Our name will not appear in any part of the code. You will own all rights to the code.
